Ownership of Content

The website https://www.oidel.org and all its content — including, without limitation, texts, articles, publications, reports, indices (Freedom of Education Index, Human Rights Observatory), photographs, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, source code, design and visual appearance (look & feel) — are the property of ORGANISATION INTERNATIONALE POUR LE DROIT À L’ÉDUCATION ET LA LIBERTÉ D’ENSEIGNEMENT (OIDEL) or are duly licensed, and are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reserved Rights

The following are expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of OIDEL:

• Total or partial reproduction of website content by any means or method.
• Distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the content.
• Use of OIDEL’s logos, trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs.
• Mass downloading of content or use of automated data extraction tools (scraping).

Permitted Use

Users are permitted to view and privately reproduce website content exclusively for personal and non-commercial use, provided that the source is cited and information on ownership is kept intact. Any commercial or profit-oriented use requires prior express authorisation from OIDEL.

Third-Party Content

Some publications and materials on the website have been produced in collaboration with third parties (UNESCO, Martens Centre, UNIR, etc.). Rights over such content belong to their respective owners in accordance with the collaboration agreements signed. OIDEL assumes no liability for any use that third parties may make of such content.

Reporting Infringements

If a user discovers content that may infringe third-party intellectual or industrial property rights, they are requested to notify mariona.nafria@oidel.org as soon as possible.
