OIDEL and Universidad Panamericana (Mexico) signed an academic cooperation agreement online on 19 December 2025, represented by Teresa Martínez on behalf of OIDEL, and by Universidad Panamericana through its Secretary General, Martha Alicia Rodríguez, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, María Isabel Álvarez.

This agreement lays the foundations for a strategic cooperation aimed at developing joint research and academic reflection projects, organising seminars, meetings, and training activities, as well as collaborating on initiatives related to freedom of education, human rights, and law. The agreement also seeks to strengthen international academic dialogue between Europe and Latin America.

OIDEL particularly welcomes this agreement with Universidad Panamericana, as it reinforces its commitment to building strong university networks and to promoting a plural, free, and high-quality education at the global level.
